Technical Specifications Art. 5 Technical Annex to DPR 160/2010
The Technical Specifications referred to in Article 5 of the Annex "Electronic communication and data transfer methods between the SUAP and the parties involved in the administrative procedures" to the Decree of the President of the Republic of September 7, 2010, n. 160 and subsequent amendments, identify the "Electronic Communication and Data Transfer Methods" between the following IT components:
● SUAP Front-office, referred to in Article 8 of the same annex;
● SUAP Back-office, referred to in Article 9 of the same annex;
● Third-party bodies (Enti terzi), referred to in Article 10 of the same annex, and their interaction with the Catalogue of the Single Desk IT System (Sistema Informatico degli Sportelli Unici), referred to in Article 11 of the same annex.
