Publication of Format Specifications. This section of the portal, called "Technical Rules" (or "Technical Regulations"), is established pursuant to Article 3 of the technical annex to Presidential Decree 160 (DPR 160).
Art. 3 - Publication of format specifications
The publication of technical format specifications is overseen by a technical management group of the Web Portal composed of representatives of DigitPA, ANCI, Provinces, Regions and Unioncamere. Unioncamere is responsible for coordinating the technical group. The technical group makes use of contributions from business associations and professional bodies, convening their representatives at least quarterly. Documents detailing the technical specifications provided for in this Annex are published on the Web Portal under the section 'technical rules'. Technical specification documents are initially released in a draft form and made available for feedback from stakeholders. The provisional publication specifies the period - not less than 60 days and not more than 90 days - during which comments can be submitted, using the appropriate section of the Web Portal. Upon expiry of this period, the technical group, if needed, shall revise the document released in draft form, and publish the final technical specifications document.
