Following the agreement signed between UnionCamere and Agid, the SUAP (One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities) service is now accessible via SPID
The Presidential Decree of 13 February 2017, n. 31, Regulation identifying the works excluded from landscape authorisation or subject to a simplified authorisation procedure, entered into force on 6 April 2017. This Regulation identifies the works for which landscape authorisation is no longer required, as well as the cases in which it is sufficient to apply for a simplified procedure.
Independent SUAPs have unrestricted access to business dossiers relevant to them, using procedures similar to those available to Chamber of Commerce SUAPs.
