From 17th April 2024, the Simplified Logistics Zones (ZLS) were established with the aim of attracting new investments in the port areas of the most developed regions of Central-Northern Italy in order to create favorable conditions in economic, financial and administrative terms.
The Simplified Logistics Zone (ZLS) can be established in a maximum number of one for each region and is made up of territories such as ports, rear port areas, logistics platforms and interports.
This is an initiative aimed at guaranteeing tax and administrative benefits in the aforementioned areas:
The first Simplified Logistics Zone (ZLS) established at a national level is the Port of Venice - Rodigino ZLS with the aim of guaranteeing the economic relaunch of the port and industrial areas of the Veneto region.
The One Stop Shop for Simplified Logistics Zones, identified by the Region, is the platform for the submission of requests for single authorization by subjects interested in starting a new business activity relating to new investments or concerning business development in the areas constituting the ZLS Port of Venice - Rodigino.
To complete a single authorization application it is necessary to access the Simplified Logistics Zone Help Desk functions and select the relevant municipality:
