On 25 March 2013, the Ministry of Economic Development issued the guidelines for ministerial accreditation for the operation of Agencies for Enterprises pursuant to and for the purposes of Presidential Decree No. 159 of 9 July 2010.

These guidelines provide guidance and clarifications on the requirements and conditions that Agencies for Enterprises must meet to obtain accreditation from the Ministry of Economic Development. The document further elaborates on issues pertaining to Certification and Accreditation Bodies.
