È stato pubblicato in data 11 agosto 2026 il Decreto Interministeriale del 28 luglio 2026 (MIMIT e Funzione Pubblica) che approva le modifiche alle specifiche tecniche per l'interoperabilità e l'adeguamento delle piattaforme SUAP e degli Enti Terzi, sancendo l'adozione della versione cd. Approved 02.
On 17 April 2024, Prime Ministerial Decree no. 40 of 4 March 2024 established the Simplified Logistics Zones (SLZ), already introduced by art. 1, paragraphs 61-65 of Law no. 205 of 2017, with the aim of creating favourable economic, financial and administrative conditions for the development of new investments in the port areas of the most developed regions of Central and Northern Italy.
The second edition of the public notice addressed to municipalities with SUAP technology platforms, in single or associated form, or using certified communication tools, to facilitate the adaptation of municipal SUAP technology platforms to the new 'Technical Specifications for Interoperability', approved by the Interministerial Decree of 26 September 2023, has been published on the PA Digital 2026 platform.
