Unioncamere announces that the Catalogue is operational.

This information is provided in reference to the effective date of implementation of the technical specifications that define the electronic methods for communication and transfer of data between the SUAP and all the subjects involved in the procedure, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2, of the Ministerial Decree of 26 September 2023, published in the OJ on 25 November 2023.

This is an important step along the path laid out by the aforementioned decree because from the date of this news release, the 12 months available to all the administrations involved in SUAP procedures to adapt their systems to the technical specifications for interoperability begin.

This adjustment must therefore be finalized by 25 July 2025.
